My names Chelsea and I’m the Registered Manager at Wolfe House, a 15-bed residential dementia care home. Before we moved to Care Control, everything was paper-based – and it was costing us both time and money. Printing alone was a big expense. One of our directors had already introduced Care Control at another home and seen great results, so it made sense to bring it into Wolfe House too.

I wasn’t involved in the original implementation – that was handled by the previous manager – but since I’ve taken over, I’ve had brilliant support from Natasha. She’s been so helpful and always available when I’ve needed advice. Now that we’re fully using Care Control, it’s made a real difference. I love the rota and holiday planning, employee files, training records – and the fact that it’s all cloud-based. It lets us record care right at the point of delivery and flags anything that still needs to be done. The team have picked it up easily and are really happy with how it works.

We’ve already saved money on paper and ink, and the system has helped us work far more efficiently.

I’ve used a few different systems before, and Care Control is the best by far – it’s user-friendly, accessible (especially with the Pocket app), and the support is fantastic. I was genuinely surprised by how clearly it links into the CQC KLOEs – it makes it easy to show how we’re delivering responsive and effective care.

It’s fantastic – it’s changed how we function and process as a care home. I’d recommend it 100%.
