As a Care Control Systems Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing relationships with Care Control’s valued customers. You will act as the main liaison between these customers and Care Control, ensuring their satisfaction, successful product adoption, and continued partnership with us.

This role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer service, supporting customers in maximising the use of their Care Control solutions, and identifying opportunities for renewal, up-sell, and cross-sell within assigned accounts.

While you will operate with autonomy over your portfolio, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Services and work closely with Senior Account Managers, as well as internal teams, to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all accounts.

Travel to customer sites will be required as needed, with a minimum of two in-person meetings per year for each account. Attendance at trade shows and events may also be required periodically.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you play a key role within the Customer Service Team, providing outstanding support to new Care Control customers. Your primary focus is to deliver an effortless, smooth and trouble-free onboarding experience, ensuring every new customer feels confident, supported and set up for long-term success.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, configure Care Control to support their business processes, and design and deliver clear implementation and training plans. You will ensure customers are using the software to its fullest potential, providing training and end-user support throughout the implementation period before gradually transitioning them to the Support Help Desk for ongoing routine support.

In this role, you will collaborate daily with Customer Support colleagues, sharing feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer journey. You may also provide additional training to existing customers and assist with Customer Support tickets where needed.

This role may require occasional travel to customer sites to deliver on-site training, as well as hosting face-to-face training at Care Control’s Head Office.

Role Purpose:
To ensure new Care Control customers are successfully onboarded, fully trained and confidently using the software, resulting in high adoption, strong customer satisfaction and a smooth transition into BAU support.

The QA Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the quality assurance function at Care Control. This includes building strong manual testing practices, coordinating regression and UAT cycles, and maturing our automation capability. Care Control has an initial suite of Playwright tests, and the QA Lead will evaluate the suitability of Playwright as the automation framework, enhancing it where appropriate or recommending improvements as our testing needs evolve. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and CTO, the QA Lead ensures each release meets required quality standards while shaping a scalable, future-proof QA approach.
