An Innovative Care Monitoring System
Stay in touch, share memories
Designed to bridge the gap between care homes and families, our family update system makes sharing memories as personal as possible.
Simple to use and easy to update, the ‘Friends and Family’ system allows relatives to communicate with service users and care staff and get a broad overview of their loved one’s care. Authorised family members can view care plans, check personal allowance balances or add relevant information, such as photos, videos and reminders. Care professionals can leave updates, diarise appointments, log daily wellbeing and much more. Our person-centred software puts the service user at the heart of the matter and allows relatives to gain reassurance that their loved one is being well taken care of.
5 Reasons to choose our Friends and Family software:
Facilitating person-centred care
In most care settings, there are many different people involved in the day-to-day care of service users. For friends and family, it can often be very difficult to get a broad view of their loved one’s care, as there are so many parties involved in different aspects of their care plan. With this in mind, we decided to create a simple ‘hub’ that pulled data from patient care plans and logged tasks, so that relatives could easily get updates on their loved one.
No matter how far away their relative is or the time of day they log in, they’re always able to check in and gain peace of mind – something that’s proved to be particularly beneficial during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As care professionals, we have a wealth of experience in the industry. We know how important it is to build a collaborative care network to ensure the needs and wishes of service users are at the centre of everything we do. With this in mind, we created the ‘Memory Box’ – a digital vault where you can upload videos and photos for your loved one. From sharing a video of a great grandchild’s first steps to uploading photos from their youth, this is a powerful way to communicate and share memories.
