The Senior Software Engineer (.NET) will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power Care Control’s platform. This role includes significant responsibility for backend architecture, coding standards, and improving engineering practices across the team. The engineer will work with modern .NET Core patterns, contribute to SQL development, and collaborate closely with frontend teams to enable high-quality product delivery. This role will help strengthen Care Control’s backend foundation as we mature our SDLC and engineering capabilities

The QA Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the quality assurance function at Care Control. This includes building strong manual testing practices, coordinating regression and UAT cycles, and maturing our automation capability. Care Control has an initial suite of Playwright tests, and the QA Lead will evaluate the suitability of Playwright as the automation framework, enhancing it where appropriate or recommending improvements as our testing needs evolve. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and CTO, the QA Lead ensures each release meets required quality standards while shaping a scalable, future-proof QA approach.
