All equipment supplied by Care Control Systems is sold on a final, non-returnable basis.
Title and ownership of the equipment transfers to the Customer upon full payment. Once delivered, equipment is non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by law.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring suitability prior to purchase. Care Control Systems does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, cancellation of services, or compatibility issues unless expressly agreed in writing.
