After spending time exploring the system, I now love how much it offers. There are so many sections, and it fully supports person-centred care by allowing tailored monitoring for each resident. I particularly like the ability to create custom monitoring—after Falls training, I set up a Footwear Monitoring to track what residents at high risk were wearing, helping to improve safety. Care Control is responsive, and the support team is always friendly and helpful.
