Wi-Fi Details

We request Wi-Fi details so that our equipment team can input the information on the devices for you during configuration, which ensures that once you receive the devices, they are ready to use straight out of the box. If you have ordered equipment for multiple sites, please make sure that the Wi-Fi Details are provided for all sites.

eMAR

Care Control's eMAR app provides an efficient and user-friendly solution for managing electronic medication administration records, ensuring accuracy and compliance in care settings. Please confirm whether you require Care Control's eMAR app to be installed on any of the devices.

Location Settings

If Care Control Pocket is to be used outside of the home or in a domiciliary setting, then location settings will need to be enabled. The default setting for location is ‘off’ for Care Control Pocket, therefore, please confirm if you require location settings to be activated.

AppLock

AppLock is an app that can prevent misuse by locking down apps (other than Care Control) to a 4-digit PIN. This PIN is then shared with your primary contact. Please confirm whether you would like AppLock to be installed on any of the devices.

Mobile Number

When the devices are ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from our Equipment Team including a password-protected document, which contains the details for the Gmail Account that has been used to set-up the devices, and the AppLock PIN. To access the password protected document, the password will be sent via text message. We therefore require the mobile number of the primary contact for your site.
