Sunday 10th October is World Mental Health Day, and this year it has never been so vital to create awareness. The past 18-months has had a massive effect on people’s mental health, particularly those working in the care industry. Staff have had to balance their personal and professional commitments, for example in considering their risk of infection to themselves and their family, alongside their duty to care and protect their residents and clients. At times, staff have had to isolate themselves from their loved ones, which would have been a coping mechanism to relieve stresses from exposure to physical and mental trauma.
We must support our carers through their psychological recovery, with patience, kindness, mental health resources and psychological care. Although we cannot make the last 18 months disappear; here at Care Control Systems, we understand that managing your service, team and clients can present a huge organisational challenge. Making things simpler is what we do and with our decades of experience in the care sector, we know the challenges our clients face daily. By eliminating stacks of time-consuming paperwork, we strongly believe that our software has the ability to reduce stress levels.
We are extremely honoured to support so many incredible care providers who put the needs and interests of others at the heart of everything they do. We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work, especially over the past 18 months.
