National Stress Awareness Day
National Stress Awareness Day was set up by the International Stress Management Association on the first Wednesday of November, this year it is the 2nd November. Its mission is to reduce the stigma around stress and raise awareness of stress’s psychological and physical effects. As well as suggesting ways to help you reduce your stress levels helping you to relax because remember you cannot be stressed and relaxed at the same time!
With phones being a big part of our daily lives, and apps for pretty much everything, we have collected a range of stress-busting apps for you to try out and see which one works for you. Everyone has different tastes and relaxation methods so what works for one person may not work for another, keep trying out different ones until you feel calm, and the stress slowly disappears.
