Tell us about your new role at Care Control
“I initially started working at Care Control as a Telesales Executive. I researched care homes, making contact with prospective customers and setting up demos for interested decision makers. This helped me to learn a lot about the comprehensive system and the sales process, both of which have helped me fit into my new role as Customer Support Technician within the Support Team. I now provide support and help to our growing customer base, whether that’s offering advice and information or fixing computer issues.”
What was your job before joining Care Control?
“Before Care Control, I worked at a local supermarket part-time completing product and stock checks. I still do a few shifts a week there alongside my job at Care Control!”
What are you looking forward to the most about working at Care Control?
“I am eager to learn more about the system and its usage on computers/devices; I enjoy working on computers and computer components, which makes this job very exciting. I also look forward to getting to know the team more, they’re a great bunch! ”
