Celebrating Alpha Care SW

For International Women’s Day, we met up with Gemma and Katie Managing Directors of Alpha Care SW. These two inspirational women started their careers in care at ages 17 and 18 and now successfully run their own business. They have 2 homes for young adults with complex health needs which on both of the homes’ first inspections achieved CQC outstanding!

An incredible achievement for not one but two homes. On top of this, they run a community service, there is not much these women cannot do…. find out about their ups and downs, how they started their careers and advice for young people and women wanting to work in the health and social care sector in the case study below 🔽
