New Head of Customer Service Amanda Hubbard

Care Control is pleased to welcome our new Head of Customer Service, Amanda Hubbard.

Here at Care Control, we believe that providing excellent customer service and support is just as important as our care planning software.

For this reason, we are excited to have Amanda join the Care Control team with the aim to further accelerate our customer support. Amanda has over 25 years of customer service experience and has some exciting plans for customer support.

We had a catchup with Amanda to find out a little more about her.

Tell us about your background?

“I have over 25 years of experience in customer-centric operations including online domains. With a BA Honors degree in information systems, my background gives me a combination of IT & customer service experience.”

What are your plans for the Care Control Customer Service team?

“Exciting times ahead for my team as we launch new support analysis systems. Invest in developing them so we can serve our customers even more efficiently through increased knowledge base & skill sets. Plus we are expanding the size of our CS Team to meet the ever growing needs of our customers.”

How do you feel you will support our Care Control customers?

“I plan to make customer service Care Controls USP. Bringing onboarding, implementation, training & after care support under one multi skilled Team means we support our customer needs straight from the start of their journey with us.”

What is your favorite part of Care Control?

“My favorite part of care control is its functionality. Software with large scale variety means the customer can select all or just what parts meet their business needs, with the assurance of future proof scalability.”

What’s the best thing about being part of the Care Control team?

“My favorite part of joining the CC Team is the wealth of Care experience we have across the business, in excess of 100+ years of service in Care domains. Meaning we truly understand our customers needs & how best to meet them now & in the future.”

Tell us a fun fact about you

“I love kayaking and had a magical experience kayaking with manatees along the Weeki Wachee river in Florida. Several manatees nudged my boat & peered at me with the same curiosity with which I looked at them.”
