Dementia Activity Pack

Nearly 50 million people live with dementia worldwide, to tackle this international dementia challenge, we need to work together and share best practices. World Alzheimer’s Month is an opportunity to raise awareness of, educate and raise support for Dementia. World Alzheimer’s Day takes place during this month on 21st September every year, to specifically raise awareness of this subtype. Alzheimer’s is one of the most prevalent forms of dementia.

People with dementia need comprehensive support that encompasses medical, emotional and social wellbeing. To help raise awareness of World Alzheimer’s Day and to support care organisations with their dementia service users, Care Control has put together a Dementia Activity Pack.
