Cliffdale Care Home win £250 Amazon voucher!

Here at Care Control we recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey to gain a better understanding of how our customers feel. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and take action on anything they may mention to us. Our most recent survey saw, Tammy Hanmer, Registered Manager at Cliffdale Care Home win a £250 Amazon gift voucher! Instead of keeping the voucher for herself, Tammy kindly asked for the voucher to be split up into 10 £25 vouchers so she could give them out to her staff!

“We are all family here, and everyone works so hard and shares everything,” explained Tammy when asked for the motive behind splitting the voucher.

Cliffdale Care Home

Cliffdale is a 27-bed care home based in Pontesbury, Shrewsbury, owned by 2 doctors one of whom is still a Senior Consultant at Newcross Hospital. They provide elderly care, with some residents having dementia, and pride themselves on the safe homely environment they give to their residents.

“Cliffdale has such a positive atmosphere and is just one big home where the staff are honoured to work there. We focus on making the home feel like a home for our residents, rather than a care home.”

Cliffdale have been using Care Control for 18 months and are very happy with it, especially with how easy it is to use and how the staff have been able to pick up the systems quickly.

“Care Control is really easy to use. I always tell my staff if you can use Facebook then you can use Care Control that is how easy it is to use!” Tammy said when asked what she liked about Care Control.

As well as managing Cliffdale care home Tammy also consults at Highgate Lodge Care Home, Walsall, also run by the same owners.
