In the search for a way to improve care outcomes, Darbyshire Care used Care Control to transform their two care homes with the help of Care Control’s comprehensive functions such as real-time care monitoring and a range of in-built assessments.
With exponentially increasing care needs and more rigorous CQC inspections, Darbyshire Care wanted to have peace-of-mind knowing they are meeting regulations and the CQC’s demand for robust evidence. They wanted their care staff to be able to spend more quality time with residents and less time completing admin. They wanted to be able to better utilise care notes, instead of archiving them away.
Helping to find
Darbyshire Care implemented Care Control to help them overcome their challenges. For their 32 bed nursing home, the organisation setup a Wi-Fi infrastructure and purchased 3 PCs and 4 tablet devices for their staff to manage and record care. They used Care Control’s bulk upload facility to migrate existing data into the new system. Staff took advantage of Care Control Student, a stand alone App with competency based training modules, for optimum use of the system.
