What is the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation Fund?
The NHS Transformation Directorate is giving £25 million in funding to Integrated Care Systems throughout 2024/2025. This funding is given to support Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered adult social care providers integrate technology into their care.
