What is the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation Fund?
The NHS Transformation Directorate is giving £25 million in funding to Integrated Care Systems throughout 2024/2025 to support CQC registered adult social care providers in adopting technology to transform care.

How to access funding?
Care Control has worked with many ICSs across the UK and assisted care providers in applying for funding. If you would like some support to access this funding please reach out to us and we can assist you.
We have been approached by many ICSs in recent months who have advised us that in order for care providers to access the funding they need to obtain a quote from an NHS Transformative assured supplier. We advise having a 30-minute demonstration with each supplier to find out which one is best for your needs. Alternatively, you can fill out this online form which will show you a supplier that suits your needs best.
Care Control is accredited by NHS Transformative and is one of ten assured suppliers as part of the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) on their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
